About Esentze

ESENTZE ltd. was founded in 2005 in Timisoara (Romania), as a limited liability company and with entirely private Romanian capital. The company aimed since its foundation at being a “hard essence” on the relevant market, placing its stake on the consistency of own resources, the strength and professionalism of the managerial team.

With small but certain steps, ESENTZE has significantly developed in the last four years, and today is the main supplier company for wooden railway sleepers on the Romanian market. Starting with 2007 our company has become the main supplier of wooden railway sleepers of several state and private companies from Europe. Due to the quality of our own products, certified by several competent authorities (FSC, ISO 9001:2001, AFER- Romanian Railway Authority) and to the great capacity of production, ESENTZE has become the exclusive Romanian supplier of the German concern ThyssenKrupp. In 2009, ESENTZE signed an important contract for the export of wooden railway sleepers to China Railway Materials Import & Export Co. Ltd., one of the first 60 companies from China related to the turnover and the main raw material supplier of the Chinese railway company. At present, the know-how of ESENTZE is successfully implemented in more than 90 production units from Romania.

The main objectives of the company

In the short run, the main objective of the company is to maintain its leading position in the production and export of wooden railway sleepers. For this purpose, we would like to mention the fact that by means of the externalization of our production activity we managed to lower the costs and a significant work volume, we increased the profit of the company and at the same time we managed to guarantee for the quality of our products which allows us to comply with all the requests of the clients in time. Applying this strategy we were successful in obtaining qualitative products at low production prices. At the same time, we have total control on the raw materials that are used for the activity concerning the production of traverses.

For a long term, we will focus both on increasing the quality of our products and of the capacity and rhythm of production, and on the development of new products. ESENTZE aims at maintaining and consolidating its position on the relevant market for the years to come. At the same time, we intend to strengthen the partnerships with our clients, taking also in consideration the possibility of starting new long term collaborations with commercial partners from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, and also the possibility of a consistent participation in the reform project concerning the Romanian railroads. These approaches are based on the same concept that represents the base of our current success.
